Call for Abstracts–Mayo Orthopaedic Nursing Conference

Poster session call for abstracts 

You are invited to submit an abstract (300 word limit) for a poster related to the conference theme. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Patient safety

• Continuous improvement projects

• Multidisciplinary team projects

• Clinical research

• Educational and collaborative projects

• New clinical practice initiatives

Completed abstracts must be submitted by Friday, August 15, 2008. The first author is responsible for the abstract content. Submission signifies the intent of the author and associates to present the poster at the 2008 Orthopaedic Nursing Conference on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 in Rochester, Minnesota. Conference participants are expected to assume costs related to travel, accommodations, and registration. Notification of accepted abstract and commitment for presentation at the conference will be made by Friday, September 5, 2008. If selected, abstracts will be printed in the conference syllabus.

26th Annual International Nursing Computer and Technolgy Conference

Rutgers College of Nursing Center for Professional Development is offering it’s 26th Annual International  Nursing Computer and Technology Conference. The conference will be held at Bally’s Hotel in Las Vegas Nevada on Thursday June 5 and Friday June 6 2008 with pre and post conference workshops being held on June 3, 4 and 7th.
